Eligibility Criteria for CSS Corp Recruitment 2022:
- Graduate with Computer Science Background is mandatory
- 2020/ 2021 Batch
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to Netgear Devices
- Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer
- Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
- Position and sell pro support contracts to customers if their Product is within 120 days from the date of purchase.
- Candidates should be open to a shift of 24×7.
