- Any graduate with 0-3 years of experience
Job Description:
Execute transactions/tickets as per client provided guidelines and timelines and follows the process with the objective of meeting defined SLA. Understanding of Point of Interest will be required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users – Understand the customer problem, reported via tickets.
- Adding, editing, or deleting agency sources
- Providing feedback and suggestions when issues and concerns are encountered
- Keeping track of completed tasks, initiatives, and upcoming responsibilities on a regular basis.
- Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates – Conduct the required research per process in order to solve the reported issue.
- Perform data attribute editing – Make accurate edits on map as required & evident from research
- Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist
- Close the ticket – per process with appropriate closing actions
Experience:
- Experience in POI systems is mandatory
- Should be flexible with Shift Timings.
- First level back up for the team lead in production control and quality monitoring activities.
- Report to TL on day-to-day activities
