Eligibility Criteria for Crompton Recruitment 2024:

BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
0 – 1 year of experience in Design
Should have hands-on experience in 3D CAD preferably SOLIDWORKS.

Job Description:

Experience in new product development & mechanical design
Proficiency in 3D CAD assembly, 3D modeling & 2D drawing preferably in Solid Works.
Good at GD & T and tolerance stack analysis.
Manufacturing knowledge for casting, machining, and assembly process.
Exposure to PDM and PLM working environment.
Knowledge of DFMEA & PFMEA
Interact with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Sourcing, manufacturing & industrialization.
Good interpersonal, analytical & communication skills
Enthusiastic and good team player
Proficiency in MSOffice tool
