CPRI’s governing body includes eminent professionals from industries & utilities, prestigious academic and research institutions & the government. It employs over 300 highly qualified and experienced engineers & scientists besides other supporting staff.

- Engineering Assistant: Level – 6 Rs. 35,400 – 112400/-
- Technician Gr.2 :Level – 3 Rs. 21700– 69100/-
- Assistant Gr. II: Level – 4 Rs. 25500 – 81100/-
- Assistant Gr. II: Level – 4 Rs. 25500 – 81100/-
- Stenographer Grade III: Level – 4 Rs. 25500 – 81100/-
- MTS Grade 1 (Watchman): Level – 1 Rs. 18000 – 56900/-

Eligibility Criteria for CPRI Recruitment 2021:
Educational Qualification:
Engineering Assistant:
- 3 year Diploma with First Class in Electrical / Civil Engineering.
- For Electrical Engg: 5 Years post qualification experience in areas such as Supervision and assisting in Operation and Maintenance, Testing of Electrical Equipment’s.
- For Civil Engg: 5 Years post qualification experience in areas such as Supervision of Civil Works etc..
Technician Grade 2:
- 2 year ITI certificate in Electrician Trade. 5 years of post qualification experience in Electrician Trade.
Assistant Grade II:
- A University Degree in Commerce/ Business Administration/ Business Management with First Class. English Typing speed of 30 w.p.m on Computer.
- 3 years of post- degree experience in areas such as Finance & Accounts, Establishment & Administration, etc.
Assistant Grade II:
- A University Degree in Arts/Commerce/ Science/ Management with First Class. Should have studied Hindi as one of the subjects at Degree Level. English Typing speed of 30 w.p.m and Hindi Typing speed of 25 w.p.m on Computer. 3 years of post- degree experience.
Stenographer Grade III:
- A University Degree in Commerce / Business Administration/ Business Management /Arts with First Class. Stenography with a speed of 80 w.p.m and Typing speed of 30 w.p.m in English.
- 3 years of post- degree experience Secretarial Practice, Stenography, Noting, Drafting, Typing etc.
MTS Grade 1– (Watchman):
- Ex-serviceman (Army/Navy/Air force) preferably with 10th Pass.
Age Limit:
- Engineering Assistant – 35 Years
- Technician Gr.2/Assistant Gr. II/Stenographer Grade III – 30 Years
- MTS Grade 1 (Watchman) – 45 years (for UR Ex-servicemen and 48 for OBC Ex-servicemen)
Selection Process for CPRI Recruitment 2021:
Candidates are selected based on their performance in the written test, skill test and Interview. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
