Job Description:
- 1-3 Years of Experience in the International Voice Process
- Customer support- Email/Chat/Voice
- Mapping experience is added advantage
- Good written & Verbal communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Flexible to work Night shifts / Rotational Shifts
- Ready to work from Office
- Ability to understand the issue and route it to the appropriate team
- Ticket Creation/Categorization/Prioritization
- Incident resolution and recovery
- Ensure meeting daily KPIs
- Receiving and making end-user calls
- Provide first-level resolutions
