Job Description:
- Excellent writing, reading and analytical skills
- Computer knowledge, the ability to browse the internet, ability to send and receive emails, good typing speed, and expertise in excel is required
- Connect & provide highest level of satisfaction to the customer. Manage the timely and accurate payments for Program in accordance to the agreed upon SLA
- Quick learning and understanding of Microsoft Policies
- Ability to work in a complex multitasking environment (navigating through multiple on-line systems)
- Ok to work in 24/7 work environment (preferable in night shift). Flexible to extend the shift hours during Peak and Non Peak seasons
Role & Responsibilities:
- Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment by staying abreast with all the policies changes
- Goal and result-oriented mindset. Making sure that deals are processed as the client required SLA
- Strive to understand and resolve issues/queries at the first instance
- Efficiently Process predefined number of transactions as assigned with highest level of accuracy as agreed upon by the client
- Resolve process related queries and expedite on data requests
- Maintain confidentiality of all information, policies, and procedures
