Job Responsibilities:
- Must be fluent in Hindi & English (English language to be international standard and neutral Hindi (with no MTI))
- Customer service role-80% voice process & 20% email and chat support, should be OK to take 80-90% Hindi calls
- 24X7 shifts
- Somebody from banking customer service role is an added advantage
- Good understanding on UPI/ online transactions (Candidate should be able to speak on how online shopping/transaction works)
- Immediate joiners required
- Should be OK to relocate and WFO from immediate basis.
