Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Bachelors degree in computer science (or equivalent) or Higher
Job Responsibility:
- Leverage automation script/ Manage script changes
- Monitoring infrastructure including system and network environment based ITSM tools (SNOW)
- Setup monitoring for server performance, availability and various other parameters as the requirements
- Handling Incident and Change requests and assist on Root Cause Analysis on Problem Tickets on
- ServiceNow or any other ticketing tools
- VM /Storage /Network provisioning using PowerShell / ARM/Terraform/Bicep scripting
- Configuring Vnets, Subnets, Configuring Azure Active Directory for Client VMs, Configuring Network
- Security Groups Configuring Vnets, Subnets, Configuring, Configuring Network Security Groups
- Dynamic and Static routing, Configuring Microsoft Internal / External Load Balancers based on SOPs
- Key vault configuration
- Windows Server Updates
- Basic Windows & Linux Administration skills
- Configure DNS
- Work on L1 Issues
Requirements:
- Good to Have: Windows / Linux /VMware administration
- Python Scripting
- Basic Knowledge on Azure Backup , ASR
