Job Description: 

We at Coforge are hiring for Non-voice process / BPO / Only freshers

• Should be flexible to work in all the shifts (24/7)
• Good analytical and logical reasoning

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Should meet the daily Production Target defined in the process
• Ensure accuracy, touch time and other service levels of the transactional processing are met
• Update daily performance reports diligently
• Perform Exception processing and research
• Interpret bank documents for internal processing
• Responsible for multiple systems, business and product lines
• Should proactively communicate any issue to TL or customer as per procedure.
• Escalate any deviation to defined process & seek immediate assistance
• Share & follow best practices
• Should adhere to SLK and white room policy
