Positions: Ship Draftsman Trainee (Mechanical), Ship Draftsman Trainee (Electrical)

- Ship Draftsman Trainee (Mechanical): 48 Posts
- Ship Draftsman Trainee (Electrical): 14 Posts
Experience: Freshers
Job Location: Kochi
Salary: Rs. 12,600/- for 1st year, Rs. 13,800/- for 2nd year will be paid as stipend.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should complete SSLC with Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a State
Board of Technical Education securing minimum of 60% of marks, with flair for Draftsmanship and proficiency in CAD.
Age Limit:
Candidates age must be maximum 25 years as on 15-01-2021. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates.
Selection process:
- Candidates are selected based on the marks secured by the candidate in the Phase-I and Phase-II examinations.
- Phase I, consisting of an Objective type Online test (50 marks) and Phase II, consisting of a Practical Test in AutoCAD(30 marks)
Phase-I:
Phase-I Consists of Questions from General English, General Knowledge, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Discipline related.
Phase-II:
In Phase-II examination, candidates are required to prepare a drawing using AutoCAD. Accordingly, weightages are assigned to following parameters for final selection.
Fee:
General category candidates must pay the fee of Rs. 300/- through online mode. Reserved category candidates are exempted from the payment of fee.
