Job Description:
- Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development.
- Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions.
- Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome
Job Duties:
- Should have knowledge in production support, incident management, ticketing tool etc.
- Should possess very good analytical and solutioning skills.
- Must have good coordination and communication skills.
- Should be able to take ownership and drive the requirements to closure.
- Should be available to work in shifts/weekends and also to support 24×7 oncall on rotation basis.
- Should be a team player with positive attitude and quick learning ability.
- Member should be at SE level with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Having good knowledge in ICP is preferred.
