Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales support function.
- Exposure to tools like Siebel, PeopleSoft and Lotus Notes would be preferred.
- Ability to work off-hours when required.
- Flexibility to work in shifts. (12.PM to 9.0 PM)
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to learn new processes, tools and technologies as required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Job Description:
- Produce web quotes for professional services to support client needs/requirements: includes developing custom quotes, validating pre-approved quotes, processing extension of existing quotes per client request(s), cancelling quotes.
- Tracking requests being closed. Maintain Siebel for items closed in PeopleSoft but not interfaced to Siebel.
- Generate monthly orders, revenue and quoter productivity reports. Generate ad-hoc reports as needed by manager or other requesters.
- Perform periodic web clean-up: includes Lotus Notes maintenance for ES and SMR updates
