As a Technical Support Engineer, you will proactively monitor system and application alarms, investigate, analyze, resolve or escalate alarms and service requests. In this role, you will be working on front end (Windows server), back end (UNIX based servers), middleware and database of client systems.

You will also prioritize and manage work queue in accordance with service level agreements, document investigation, issue resolution and triage issues to appropriate second-level resources for resolution. Job Description:

Oracle Cerner is glad to hire a Test Automation Engineer I. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible to develop, maintain, and execute automation tests. Maintain and assist with development of the test automation architecture and frameworks. Ensure scalability of automation and Continuous Integration across the solution. Document test execution issues and deliverables. Troubleshoot testing scenarios and domain issues. Write basic scripts in one or more programming languages.

Preferable Qualification:

Freshers or 1 to 2 years of experienced associates with both Automation and Manual Testing, Test Planning, Test Scripts, STLC concepts along with Selenium & Java or Python.
Must have good communication skills.
