Eligibility Criteria for Caterpillar Recruitment 2022:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering plus 5-8 years experience or a masters degree in Engineering 3-5 years experience.
• Incumbent must be able to demonstrate the ability to gain a mastery of complex engineering and manufacturability concepts.
• Must have a good mechanical aptitude with ability to develop product concepts.
• Requires strong leadership ability and good communications skills.
• 5 years Experience in component Design and Development
• Strong Knowledge and rich experience in anyone or more of the following areas – Seals, Non-Metallic washers/ Gaskets.
• GD&T Knowledge and well versed in component detailing
• Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously and to make sound priority decisions

Job Description:

This position is to work on projects related to Rubber & Seals Components and work with internal and external partners for scope understanding, prioritizing and query resolution. Communicate with stake holders on project progress regularly. Helping the team members with technical and product related queries. Maintain the Drawing quality and delivery targets.
