BE/ B.Tech – Computers/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering.

Requirements:

Good S/W programming expertise in core Java or C++ and interest in UI development is required.
Strong object-oriented design and programming skills, and the ability to express ideas clearly.
Strong data structure knowledge.
Good understanding of computer architecture and system software.
Good understanding of design patterns and experience in implementing them.
Self-starter and learner with the passion of getting the job done on time with great quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate as part of a cross-discipline team.
Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented development engineer to join the Xplorer development team in Pune. Xplorer is implemented in Java and is based on the Eclipse platform. You will be part of the Xplorer team which is responsible for refining and implementing functional requirements, doing the detailed design, development, testing, debugging and maintenance. Development of Xplorer brings a lot of software engineering challenge and gives you the opportunity to apply almost every design patterns, write multi-threaded programs, create rich SWT based UI and to work with native tools and hardware systems.
