Positions: Executive Assistant/District Manager

• For District Programme Coordinator: 38 posts
• For District Manager — IT: 38 posts
• For Executive Assistant (District): 38 posts

Job Location: Bihar

Experience: Experienced

Salary: Rs.20,000- 42,000/Month

Eligibility Criteria: 

For District Programme Coordinator:

• Post Graduate in Social Work/ PGD in healthcare or MBA/Master of Health Administration/ Hospital Management or Master of Public Health from university/ institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation of Government Health or related programmes

For District Manager — IT:

• MCA or Post-graduation in Computer Science / IT or MBA in IT/CS or B.Tech in IT/CS or BE in IT/CS from recognised university/institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing and managing information systems.

For Executive Assistant (District):

• Graduation from a recognised University with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA)
• Minimum of one year experience in a related field

For Executive Assistant (State):

• Graduation from a recognised University with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field

Selection Process:

For District Programme Coordinator/District Manager — IT:

• The selection will be based on the Computer Based Test(CBT) and Personal Interview
• The final selection for District Program Coordinator and District Manager – IT shall be prepared by assigning a weightage of 75% for the online test and 25% to the Personal Interview marks

For Executive Assistant (District & State):

• The selection will be based on the Computer Based Test(CBT) and Skill test(Typing test)

Skill test pattern:

• Hindi — Minimum 30 Words Per Minute, 300 words in 10 minutes. 1.5% of error will be considered
• English – Minimum 30 Words Per Minute, 300 words in 10 minutes. 1.5% of error will be considered
