BE/ B.Tech – Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering

Job Description:

Independent handling of design activities & requirement handling
Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis
Managing parts and assembly and in team center
Creating base design and its variants
Concept generation and evaluation
Support plant QMM in perform FMEA
Design and Develop 3D parts and drawings based on inputs from customer
Project Management

Additional Information:

Knowledge on plastic & sheet metal parts design and manufacturing process
Knowledgeable in manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques involving injection molding, press tools, post-processing techniques.
Experience in preparing/maintaining Bill of materials
Good knowledge in plastic and sheet metal material selection.
Experience in 2D / 3D assembly drawing preparation
Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up
Ability to interact with Cross functional teams
Hands on experience in design of components, Assemblies & BoM
