- BE/ B.Tech – Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
Job Description:
- Independent handling of design activities & requirement handling
- Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis
- Managing parts and assembly and in team center
- Creating base design and its variants
- Concept generation and evaluation
- Support plant QMM in perform FMEA
- Design and Develop 3D parts and drawings based on inputs from customer
- Project Management
Additional Information:
- Knowledge on plastic & sheet metal parts design and manufacturing process
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques involving injection molding, press tools, post-processing techniques.
- Experience in preparing/maintaining Bill of materials
- Good knowledge in plastic and sheet metal material selection.
- Experience in 2D / 3D assembly drawing preparation
- Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up
- Ability to interact with Cross functional teams
- Hands on experience in design of components, Assemblies & BoM
