Job Description:
- Understanding of Electrical motors, functions, assembly, packaging & selection of motor component and material selection
- Understanding of ECUs, functions, assembly, packaging
- To perform Motor performance calculations and ECU interface design
- Packaging analysis for ECUs in the system
- System Interfacing between ECUs and Motors & Wiring Harness Design
- Working on Acoustics, EMC, Power clamping
- Knowledge on steering column & Catia is preferable
- Meetings with Customer & project stake holders
- Support competency team activities across projects
Requirements:
- BE / BTech / ME / MTech with 2-4 years of experience
- Hands on experience in any Automotive electro-mechanical product
- Experience in Electrical motor & ECU design calculations, selection of motor, motor assembly design, ECU interfaces, Technical specifications of motor & ECU.
- Motor & ECU packaging study
- Good in GD&T and tolerance analysis of motor assembly
- Knowledge on any CAD tool preferably Catia V5
- Strong engineering fundamentals & exposure to various manufacturing processes
- Knowledge / experience with Quality process & Safety-standards
- Taking Initiatives and ability to work as a team
- Good Communication & analytical skills
- Proficiency in French language is preferred
