Job Description:
- Maintaining the uptime of the machine.
- Should have a thorough knowledge of trouble shooting and programming knowledge of Panasonic pick and place machines
- Responsible for Panasonic pick and place machines and conveyor systems.
- Responsible for SMT line downtime & Quality.
- Carry out Preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance
- Periodical review of Preventive maintenance activities based on breakdowns
Additional Information:
- Sound knowledge on TPM.
- Sound knowledge on Predictive maintenance.
- Sound knowledge on SMT machines Breakdown & Preventive maintenance activities. Preferably Panasonic Pick and place machine , EKRA Solder paste printers , reflow ovens and other inspection and ICT machines.
- PC based Equipment Maintenance with hands on experience in electrical trouble shooting.
- Should have knowledge on Q Tools like 5Why analysis, 8D, PDCA and etc.
