- BE/ B.Tech/ BCA/MCA/BSC/MSC and graduation
- 65 – 75% aggregate
- 2020/ 2021 Batch
Job Description:
- Ensure the customer KPI’s, quality and deliverables are met
- Primary contact to Worldwide customer department users on Access Management topics
- Responsible for implementing the customer process and controls as per Access Management CD for the team
- Escalation handling on need basis
- Consult users on Authorization related topics
- Mailbox handling and query handling
Skills:
- Knowhow in IT systems
- Good Business Process knowledge (Like Purchasing, logistics, Sales, etc.,
- Experience in SAP authorizations (SAP roles, transaction codes, etc.,) will be an added advantage
- Experience in team handling will be an added advantage
- Good working knowledge in MS office (Excel, word and PPT). Knowhow in excel functions (E.g., Pivot table, charts , lookup functions, etc.,)
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Know-how on ITIL and Active Directory basics will be an added advantage
- Should be a good team player, flexible and deadline oriented
