Qualification: BE/ B.Tech – Electrical
Job Responsibilities:
- To translate the “WHAT” into the “HOW” & “WHERE” and maintain it
- To be a leader of first product realization for electrical system manufacturing. Prepare MBOM, process sequence & assembly instructions for allotted Electrical manufacturing area.
- Identify manufacturing hours, tooling cost, manpower requirement, jigs & tooling requirement for the final assembly manufacturing for new projects in co-ordination with concerned functions.
- Implement Standardization throughout Electrical dept. area.
- Manage all documents control, special process, flow charts. Prepare & maintain assembly instructions for Electrical system.
- Continuous improvement of process. Hour’s reduction in manufacturing activities for electrical system manufacturing.
Technical skills/knowledge (if required):
- Able to work On Catia Electrical
- Auto-Cad, PFMEA, MS Project
- Should be able to perform Time and Motion Study and to prepare work simplification plan as a past of continuous improvement.
- Should have experience of Harness or Panel Assembly Industries
