- Ability to effectively communicate with engineers, management, and non-engineering support staff
- Knowledge of following software and database technologies is highlight desired: SQL Server (Transact-SQL development, database administration), Web Services (e.g. Web Service Definition Language (WSDL))
- Knowledge of following software development languages is highly desired: C#, ASP.NET, or Java
- Familiarity with MagicDraw and/or Rational Rhapsody software is preferred.
