Job Description:
The role holder will be responsible for the Management of HR Service Delivery Partners in the broad areas of Canteen, Transport & Security at our Plant in Chennai. In addition to these services, the role holder will also be responsible for other related Administration activities including Employee Uniforms, Sport / Recreation Areas and Crche. The person will also be acting as the Welfare Officer for the plant.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
- Communication in Hindi would be an added advantage
- Excellent IT Literacy
- Proven Stakeholder Management skills
- Ability to handle multiple service providers
- Ability to solve problems and good analytical skills
