- BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA/ MCA – Computers/ IT/ Electronics Engineering
- Hiring Batch: 2020/ 2021 Batch
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Test server and client-side application modules that were developed using SQL & Microsoft .Net technologies.
- Analyze software requirements, create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases and test beds to test the software that implements those requirements.
- Take full responsibility for the deadlines and the quality of the software modules that are assigned to you.
- Follow, without fail, all software testing best practices laid out by the organization.
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Specifically, the ability to create all possible combinations of input to a program that will result in all possible outcomes (both success and failure)
- Great communication skills. both verbal and written, and unafraid to speak up.
- Must be able to program in SQL – both inserting data (creating test-beds) and querying databases in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Well versed in Manual Testing and should have basic knowledge in automation testing
- More important than anything, we need people who are committed to constant improvement of their skills and willing to put in the necessary work to get there.
- Must have attention to detail, absorb and follow software testing best practices that are laid out.
- If you have been a kid that broke every toy they ever played with, then it is highly likely you are a great fit. We need you to break our software.
Selection Process for Bloomont Off Campus Drive 2021:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on performance in aptitude test and communication skills
- Candidates will be asked to test or create test cases for a series of small programs
- Candidate will be put on training and evaluation for a period of 1 months Candidates will be trained on our products, our testing methodology and evaluated towards end of the month. After successful completion of the training period, the job will be offered at the company.
- Candidate will be on probation period of 6 months. Employment will be confirmed after probation period.
- Salary range would be 2 lacs to 3 lacs per year for confirmed employees.
