Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s in Chemical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical / Energy System Engineering
- Master’s in the above fields is an advantage
- Fresher to 3 years related experience in the above mentioned field preferred
Position Summary:
Responsible for remote monitoring and control of the fleet of SOFC Energy Servers installed overseas, from the Remote Monitoring and Command Center in India
Essential Functions:
- Remote Monitoring and Control of the deployed fleet
- Remotely Support Field Service / Test Engineers during commissioning and testing
- Remotely support Field Service engineers during problem resolution of the installed fleet and escalate as needed
- Prepare trend charts and perform in-process inspection of data and notify team of anomalies
- Escalate solutions to known system failure modes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
- Technical knowledge in electrochemistry or Fuel cell operation (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, plumbing, valve and valve operation
- Basic understanding of working safely with fuels (natural gas, propane & hydrogen)
- Worked in DCS / SCADA environment
- Experience in basic IT Software requirement/installation (Windows OS, MS-Office)
- Must be a highly effective communicator at all levels (phone, e-mail & verbal)
