Job Description:
- Understand the monthly production plan and complete the assigned assembly of the machine as per the standard time lines.
- Ensure the proper documentation of the machine during the process of assembly.
- Ensure proper entries in NICIM to record your performance & efficiency as per the agreed norms.
- Support the team leader in the process of assembly to ensure machine reliability and deliver zero defects product.
- Improving the productivity efficiency to meet Biesse Italian Standards.
- Identify, evaluate and apply the best & safe.
- Maintain and clean the machines and equipments used for assembly before and after completion of work.
- Follow safety norms as per the standards, while performing the tasks.
- Participate in Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support to service & customers based upon the requirement.
- Handle any other activities assigned by superiors based upon the organizational requirements.
