Position: Supervisor Trainee

Educational Qualification for BHEL Recruitment 2023:

Mechanical: Full-time regular Diploma in “Mechanical” Engineering from a recognized Indian University / Institute.
Civil: Full-time regular Diploma in “Civil” Engineering from a recognized Indian University / Institute.
HR: Full-time regular Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Social Work or Business Management or BBS or BMS from a recognized Indian University/ Institute.

Note: Minimum 65% marks or Equivalent CGPA in all years/ semesters (relaxable to 60% for SC/ST candidates).

Age Limit: 18 to 27 Years as on 01-10-2023.

Age Relaxation:

SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (NCL): 3 years
PWD: 10 years for General,13 years for OBC,15 years for SC/ST.

Duration: Supervisor Trainee – Mechanical/ Civil will be required to serve at Project Sites for a period of at least 10 years.

Salary Details:

During the training period, basic pay of Rs 32,000/- in the scale of pay of Rs 32,000-1,00,000/- will be paid.
After completion of training, in the scale of pay of Rs 33,500-1,20,000/- with a basic pay of Rs 33,500/-.

Selection Process for BHEL Recruitment 2023:

The selection process will be based on Computer Based Test and Document Verification. Based on CBE Marks, candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification in order of merit in the ratio of 1:3 to the number of vacancies in each Category. The final merit order shall be prepared only based on the CBE Score.
