Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), A Government of India Enterprise under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defence (MoD), was established in the year 1970 to be a manufacturing base for guided weapon systems. Its coming into being reflects the visionary wisdom of the Nation to achieve self-reliance in the technological domain. Nurtured by a pool of talented engineers drawn from DRDO and aerospace industries, BDL began its journey by producing the 1st Generation Anti Tank Guided Missile-the SS11B1. This product was a culmination of a Licence Agreement the Government of India entered into with Aerospatiale, French Republic. BDL has three manufacturing units, located at Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad, T.S., Bhanur, Medak district, T.S. and Visakhapatnam, A.P. Two New Units are planned at Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy district, T.S. and Amravathi, Maharashtra.

1) Management Trainee (Electronics) – 14 Posts
2) Management Trainee (Mechanical) – 09 Posts
3) Management Trainee (Computer Science/ IT) – 07 Posts

Qualification:
1. Electronics:
Essential Qualification: First Class Engineering Degree i.e. BE/ B.Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
Desirable Qualification: ME/ M.Tech in Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent/Aerospace/ Modelling & Simulation/Microwave/Radar/ Radar & Communication Engineering.
2. Mechanical:
Essential Qualification: First Class Engineering Degree i.e. BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical or its equivalent/ Aerospace Engineering.
Desirable Qualification: ME/ M.Tech in Aerospace/ Modelling & Simulation Engineering or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering
3. Computer Science/ IT:
Essential Qualification: First Class Engineering Degree i.e. BE/ B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) /Information Technology (IT).
Desirable Qualification: ME/ M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
4. P&A:
Essential Qualification: First Class in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Degree in HR/ PM&IR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social Science/ Social Welfare/ Social
Work of 2 years duration from University/Institution recognized by Government.
Desirable Qualification: Graduate in Law
Eligibility Criteria:
The courses mentioned above should be of full time nature only and should be recognized by State/Central government/UGC/AICTE.
“First Class” to be read as “60% marks in aggregate for UR/OBC (Non-Creamy layer) candidates and 55% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates.”
Salary: INR. 16400 – 3% – 40500/- pm (INR. 7.19 LPA)
Age Limit : 27 to 32 years as on 24th August 2015
