Support creation of complete Marketing plan for Business in India Managing training, drive instrument sales and enhance customer engagement Planning and executing Marketing Campaigns to drive best practice adoption Facilitate physician engagement programs with MM and Med affairs and support the team for CME’s. Product Launch Plan Drive digital Marketing

Process Efficiency: Weightage-10%

1. Create Market Intelligence Updates quarterly.
2. Monthly S&OP and regulatory process
3. Ensure 100% ROR compliance for Marketing activities
>4. Build/improvise existing sales tools to drive the sales and enhance effectiveness with the marketing team.
