Eligibility Criteria for Baxter Recruitment 2023:

Bachelor’s Degree

Job Responsibilities:

To take charge from previous shift & ensure Batch status, dispensing status, filling status , printing status, Trolley status, unloading status, drying status, any abnormality during shift etc
Status of all line and based on priority dispensing planning done with concern of all shift supervisor
To monitor routine target productions in shift and co-ordinate next way forward with line chemist and operator
To perform SMB board update & OEE update & also analyse situation like breakdowns & find out gaps & reason for gaps & escalate any issue for next 24 hrs etc
Win the day or not if not what is the problem and action for not repeating the issue
To get Intimation from PPA and get necessary records/documentation like BMR, standard formats ready for smooth production process
To coordinate with Cross functions for Bulk time , filling time & in process time scheduled for next 24 hrs
To coordinate with technical & Utility for any breakdown or preventive maintenance
To ensure trolleys are emptied through casual workers to get ready for next production
to train new workers as well as routine workers for defined work/process.
To review BMR & other mfg. documents to ensure it is filled against completion of current process along with areas & ensure compliance with GMP & SOP
