Job Description:

The aim of the Service Engineer is to install & provide services and technical support on Desoutter Tools’ products to the assigned customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Travel to different customer locations to provide below services:
• Installation of Electric & Pneumatic tools (Nutrunners) & controllers at customer sites which calls for software & electronic work
• Handling Annual Maintenance contract with customers
• Preventive maintenance services which includes electromechanical work
• Performing calibration of the tools (Nutrunners)
• Performing Health check-up activity for the Desoutter’s products at customer end
• Attending breakdown calls at customer end & provide solutions
• Keep the tools data up to date for assigned customers on operations portal i.e. SPIRIT
• Provide training to customers on Desoutter products
