Positions: Associate Engineer – Functional Testing

Experience: 1 – 3 years

Job Location: Chennai

Salary: As per industry

Qualifications: BE/ B.Tech – CSE/ ECE/IT or MCA

Job Description:

Good Understanding of Testing concepts, Test Processes and associated artifacts
Good understanding of Test approach, Test Summary Reports, Risk assessment process, Change Control, Traceability Matrix and all relevant documentations
Good Understanding of Databases and Database Query languages.
Basic Knowledge of Automation concepts is a plus
Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ concepts and hands-on with documentation and execution is a plus
Knowledge on 21 CFR part 11 and its practical implementation is a plus
Basic knowledge of Life Sciences is a plus
1-3 years hands-on experience with Functional Testing Concepts

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience working on Functional (Manual/DB)
Hands on experience converting Technical requirements to test scenarios/scripts
Ability to Triage defects, analyze root cause and suggest corrective actions
Good communication skills (Oral/Written) is a must
Passionate to learn software testing and experience with tools like HP ALM, Atlassian JIRA is required.
