Job Description:
- Demonstrated ability handling large number of incidents via. Any ITSM tool
- Flexibility to work in shifts on rotational basis covering Americas, EMEA and ASIAPAC regions 24*7
- An ability to work effectively in a matrix organization is essential
- A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence
Job Requirements:
- PingFederate new connection creation, Knowledge about SAML and OATH
- Ability to implement, and troubleshoot Directory Synchronization and Federation Services for Azure AD
- In this role candidate will be highly experienced with Ping or Azure Federation architecture and solution design for integration with applications, platforms, and systems enterprise wide on global scale.
- Proven solid experience as Ping ID suite MFA subject matter expert consulting with many internal application owners and sponsors on integration design in support of the enterprise MFA program running migration programs.
Strong communication skills to represent IAM Architecture to key program stakeholders and present IAM Architecture goals and deliverables. This role will work directly with application owners and business users providing guidance for established IAM standards
