Requirement #1: Aircraft Tooling/ Structural Design Engineer
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech – Aviation, Mechanical, Production/ Industrial
Experience: 1 to 4 Years
Job Description:
- The activity is to create design for manufacturing data for the tooling required to assemble outer wing box, Pylon D nose for one of the aircraft programme Job
- An Engineer with good understanding of aircraft tool design and structural design
- Candidate should be able work independently on various aircraft structural components and Tooling from concept using Catia V5 software.
- Candidates should be familiar with Airbus methodologies and standards for design activities
- Detail design and drafting of concepts selected and candidate should be very familiar with various fasteners used in aircraft industry and its selection
- Suitable candidates will play a key role in delivering a high quality service to some of the largest Aerospace Engineering companies.
- Pro-actively identify and resolve technical problems and develop optimal solutions to meet specification through the use of appropriate tools.
Mandatory Skills / Proficiency Required:
Conceptual design experience using Catia V5
Airbus project experience
Well versed in GD&T
Good communication skills
Requirement #2: Aircraft Structural Design Engineer
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech – Aviation, Mechanical, Production/ Industrial
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Job Description:
- The activity is to create new designs for high lift devices of various aircraft programs by defining new design principles and studies
- An Engineer with good understanding of aircraft structural design from concept
- Candidate should be able work independently using CADAM, TAKSY and Catia V5 softwares.
- Candidates should be familiar with Airbus methodologies and standards for design activities of various aircraft components such as Flaps, Slats etc.
- Have good communication skills and be competent in discussing technical issues with clients and internal stakeholders
- Suitable candidates will hold a strong engineering background, understanding design solutions and definitions with a good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Detail design and drafting of concepts selected and candidate should be very familiar with various fasteners used in aircraft industry and its selection
- Suitable candidates will play a key role in delivering a high quality service to some of the largest Aerospace Engineering companies.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical problems and develop optimal solutions to meet specification through the use of appropriate tools.
