Talent Acquisition:
– Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
– Sourcing and screening of candidates
– Coordinating and conducting personal interviews at various levels
– Salary Negotiation and Joining of Shortlisted Candidates
– Handling Campus Recruitment for Engineering and Management Graduates
– Organizing and conducting Campus Drives across the country
