Job Description:
- Supporting role for managing maintaining all IT assets (Hardware / Software), allocation & inventory records to support business operations in an effective manner.
- Responsible for : IT Store room management, FMS report, PCLM & Printer reports, Asset & Inventory management, End user calls & follow ups.
- Ensure all IT assets are allocated as per request & within set TAT.
- Prepare, maintain & update database for the assets that have been allocated.
- Ensure that all asset allocations are done in line with company policy.
- Ensure proper documentation is done while allocating assets to new joiners & retrieving assets from resigned employees.
- Fillow ITSM & monitor ITSM document for asset handling.
- User L1 support for IT enabled applications.
