Skills:
- Energetic, motivated self-starter with a thirst for knowledge and a firm commitment to schedule
- Exposure to Scripting languages preferred (Python, Ruby, PERL) or computer programming languages (C, C++, Assembly)
- Working knowledge of test methodologies and, preferably, some experience with automation
- Proficient knowledge of Linux, Windows and computer architecture required
- Knowledge of PC / server industry initiatives including PCIe, ACPI, UEFI, JEDEC, SATA, Ethernet
- Experience with various industry debuggers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Works well in a team environment and can operate independently
- Exposure to source control, build environments, and Agile or milestone based product development a plus
- Familiar with aspects of product development, just as lifecycles, software process methodology and product deployment
Experience: 2 – 4 Years
3 years or more experience creating and executing software/firmware test plans targeting Linux, or Windows environments. Test methodologies and subsystems knowledge in:
Scripting language(s) (Python, Ruby, or PERL)
10/100/1G Ethernet, SATA, AHCI, DDR3, PCIe Gen1/Gen2, SPI, I2C, DDR, USB
BIOS/Firmware interfaces (UEFI/ACPI/SMBIOS)
Optional but preferred experience in ARM and coding languages
