Job Description:
Purpose of the position
LetterServicing Team coordinates with different teams to get the letters automated which are currently getting dispatched manually.
Responsibilities & duties:
- Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver project on time.
- Create Open office / iReport Templates
- Understand logic flow for automation of letter
- Provide Support to multiple teams involved in the delivery of project.
- Analysing issues reported by Business Unit & fixing the data or Template related issues.
- Report daily status on the progress of project.
Skills Required:
- Good communication is must
- Basic knowledge of JAVA/Script
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS EXCEL
- Test case writing/execution knowledge
- Knowledge of STLC/SDLC models
- Knowledge in iREPORT Designer is an added advantage
- Knowledge in Defect tracking tools is an added advantage
