Job Description:

Purpose of the position

LetterServicing Team coordinates with different teams to get the letters automated which are currently getting dispatched manually.

Responsibilities & duties:

• Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver project on time.
• Create Open office / iReport Templates
• Understand logic flow for automation of letter
• Provide Support to multiple teams involved in the delivery of project.
• Analysing issues reported by Business Unit & fixing the data or Template related issues.
• Report daily status on the progress of project.

Skills Required:

1. Good communication is must
2. Basic knowledge of JAVA/Script
3. Basic knowledge of SQL
4. Basic knowledge of HTML
5. Good Communication Skills
6. Basic knowledge of MS EXCEL
7. Test case writing/execution knowledge
8. Knowledge of STLC/SDLC models
9. Knowledge in iREPORT Designer is an added advantage
10. Knowledge in Defect tracking tools is an added advantage
