BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc – Computesr/ IT/ Electronics; BCA
Job Description:
- Strong Experience developing, deploying and operating applications in PHP
- Experience with mySQL databases
- Experience with Workday API
- Experience with building API, Microservice and WebService in PHP
- Experience with front end technologies and frameworks like javascript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3
- Should be able to supervise/support critical failure analysis
- Should be able to interact at all levels as needed of the Aon Hewitt and Client organization to provide clarity on solutions and help to resolve solution implementation issues.
- Can work collaboratively with the India/US Client Leads and SME’s to fully define the scope of the business idea and to develop and refine the solution vision to prepare a robust design
- Can ensure CR and enhancements are estimated properly by India Colleagues and Actuals are within 10% of estimate
- Can lead or participate in at least two process improvement activities.
- Can implement best practices across clients and projects in timely manner.
- Can create documentation of all the technical details in Wiki
