BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc – Computesr/ IT/ Electronics; BCA

Job Description:

Strong Experience developing, deploying and operating applications in PHP
Experience with mySQL databases
Experience with Workday API
Experience with building API, Microservice and WebService in PHP
Experience with front end technologies and frameworks like javascript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3
Should be able to supervise/support critical failure analysis
Should be able to interact at all levels as needed of the Aon Hewitt and Client organization to provide clarity on solutions and help to resolve solution implementation issues.
Can work collaboratively with the India/US Client Leads and SME’s to fully define the scope of the business idea and to develop and refine the solution vision to prepare a robust design
Can ensure CR and enhancements are estimated properly by India Colleagues and Actuals are within 10% of estimate
Can lead or participate in at least two process improvement activities.
Can implement best practices across clients and projects in timely manner.
Can create documentation of all the technical details in Wiki
