Eligibility Criteria for Akamai Recruitment 2021:
- Have 1+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Engineering or relevant fields.
- Have experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers
- Be well versed in how the internet works, it’s underlying protocols with understanding of DNS, HTTP/S, TCP.
- Have basic knowledge of Linux and/or Unix
- Be able to prioritize workload and communicate technical issues to stakeholders of varying technical ability

As Technical Solutions Engineer for AkaTecs Technical Support at Akamai Technologies, you will be responsible for leading the mission-critical, technical service and support for the global online customers. You will be responsible for improving processes, optimizing operations, and continuously improving the metrics which reflect an industry-leading support experience
Job responsibilities:
- Working as a trusted support partner to resolve customer questions and issues.
- Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal teams
- Leading investigations across Akamai’s Distributed Network for optimized performance and delivery for customers
- Analyzing existing technical issues across Akamai’s Distributed Networks and proposing solutions to prevent issues recurring
