Job Description:
- Network Availability- Ensure 99.99 % or more availability of network- Monitor the status ofthe SDH equipment and proactively take steps to avoid occurrence of faults based on previous fault history
- MTTR -To keep MTTR below 2 hrs Prompt O&M of faults of SDH.
- BSNL / MTNL AT – Timely completion of AT
- SDH Card availability ensuring the timely availability of SDH cards at all sites and follow-up with vendor for timely replenishment of the card.
- Bandwidth utilization of equipment Ensuring proper bandwidth utilization with the help of NOC.
- Alarm reduction -Reducing the alarms of SDH equipment with coordination of NOC and Customer.
- Enabling customer delight, by providing Quality services, Ensure Network UP time, Optimization Revenue, Opex Reduction, Business Processes Mapping and Compliance for sustained results.99.99% of SDH uptime Maintenance.O&M of SDH faults to ensure link restoration within targeted time frame < 2 hrs
