Job Description:
CAD Profile
- Design Modelling with CATIA & Creo
- CATIA Part Design, Assembly, Drafting, Surfacing, Sheet Metal Design
- Design Modelling with CREO- Structure modelling & Surfacing
- CATIA – DMU Simulation & Mock-up
- 2D drafting make part & assembly drawing AutoCAD
- Technical Instructor & Project Guide for TTRC in Design optimization with CFD
- Impart Technical Training, Team building & Knowledge transfer
- Participate in Project discussions & Presentations with client for AAPL
CFD Profile
- CFD Validation with ANSYS products – 2d / 3d Flow Simulation with Fluent/CFX
- Internal & external boundary layer simulation
- Geometry building, Meshing with Ansys WB & ICEM CFD
- Heat Flow simulation CHT, Single phase/multi-phase simulation
- Hydraulic Design & Hydrodynamic simulation CFD
- Design optimization of components (structural/system) using CFD/CHT
- Multi-species simulation & combustion modelling
- Acoustic Simulation
- Work includes setting team goals and assessing the teams performance.
- Excellent knowledge in documentation
Major Tools Used: CATIA, CREO, AutoCAD, ANSYS 15
