Job Description: The job holder is responsible for delivering Mechanical System Installation (Air con-ditioning, Fuel, Landing Gear etc.), Support/interface Brackets and Equipment Sup-port design for AH. Design, modification and maturing inboard and outboard equipment.
The Activity mainly involves
- Concept Design for MSI
- Concept design for Inboard/Outboard equipment installation
- Securing Stress analysis for AIES team
- Performing Detail design
- Ensure Design validation against Requirement and appropriate level of repre-sentatives required
- Develop new prototypes to support design office studies
- Preparing definition drawing for manufacturing
- Manage internal and External customers
- Regular interfaces with EU colleagues
- Regular follow Up and Status Reporting
- Sub-contracting management
Education & Experience:
- B.Tech / BE / M.Tech / ME, preferably with experience in the aero-space/helicopter industry.
- Preferably 3-6 years work experience
Required Technical Expertise:
- Knowledge on Basic Design Knowledge
- Good PM exposure
- Good Experience in CATIA V5 in 3D modelling on Part modelling, Surface design, sheet metal design and Drafting
- Exposure to VPM and PDM systems
- Exposure to GD&T
