BPO Non Voice
Freshers
-Fresh B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BHM graduates (2014-2015 batch only) with good academics
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Good decision making skills
-Knowledge on Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage
-Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things
-Willingness to work in late night shifts
Laterals
-1 to 5 year of experience in providing Customer Services / Back office operations
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Good analytical skills
-Extremely good in service oriented with willingness to learn new things
-Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage
-Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts
Qualification: B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BHM, MA & M.Com
