Eligibility Criteria for ADP Recruitment 2023:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT OR equivalent experience
Experience working with high volume service oriented architectures (SOA)
Understanding of web services technologies such as REST & HTTP
Server-side frameworks such as JSP, JSF, Springboot and Hibernate
Restful and SOAP-based web services
Microservices architecture
Knowledge in standard internet technologies such as HTML5, AngularJS
Mobile software development such as Amazon’s AWS
Experience working with high volume service oriented architectures (SOA)
Understanding of web services technologies such as REST & HTTP

Job Description:

We’ll start each day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, ID any issues, and communicate coding priorities.
Working in two-week sprints, you must keep up with timelines and good coding standards. Your primary responsibility is to deliver features on time.
We don’t code in a silo. You’ll talk to everyone from the project manager to Quality Assurance and current customers to understand requirements and create a collaborative output.
We’re always learning new codes and investigating open source communities. Knowing what questions to ask is more important than knowing the right answers.
You have 3-5 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

Develop, build and operate scalable software systems and services for Workforce Management Solution using Biometrics as Service
Build and deliver high availability / high-reliability software on time
Build and deliver secure, scalable, and low-latency services
Coordinate with other product teams, business stakeholders
Lead significant technical initiatives involving cross-functional teams
