Eligibility Criteria for Aditya Birla Recruitment 2023:

• Candidate should be full-time Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Tool & Die making with 0 – 2 years of experience in Fundamentals of the Die Manufacturing Process.

Job Description:

• The candidate should have knowledge of Extrusion Production and Quality Systems, Extrusion Die shop, CNC, VMC.
• Must have good Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the workforce.
• Should have working knowledge of manufacturing production and quality systems.
• Should be very good in teamwork, Service Orientation & customer focus to implement and effectively develop within predefined parameters like timeline, production targets etc.
