Job Description:
- Understand drilling & blasting, excavation, transporting, and crushing activities for the timely supply of the right quality and quantity of Limestone to stacker reclaimer as per the cement plant requirement.
- Understand the excavation operation to create faces, roads, and benches, as per the overall mine development plan, fulfilling statutory requirements.
- Understand corrective action in achieving productivity in HEMM operations and crushing to optimize mining costs.
- Understand the removal of soil over the mine surface, as per the mining plan to make the surface available for drilling & blasting.
- Understand the safe operation of all the equipment’s in his shift and comply with statutory requirements.
- The system requirements of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000, and WCM systems in thorough the involvement of employees for improving working and quality standards
