- 0-2 Years of experience in Python Scripting/Automation roles
Job Description:
A Software Engineer Responsible for development and maintenance of server side scripts for various Network Automations. Also responsible for Testing and Integration of the Automations with the Network.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Understand the requirement from the Users and ensure successful roll out.
- Design, Development and Testing of the Automations.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization.
- Involve in Change Managements for existing and new Automations.
- Optimization of code for maximum speed and efficiency.
Functional Competencies:-
- Understanding and Experience with Python (2.7, 3.x) and Integrations with Networking platforms.
- Knowledge on Python libraries for Network Scripting.
- Knowledge and experience with Linux Platform.
- Basic Understanding on Network Fundamentals (TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VLAN, SNMP).
- Familiarity with Web servers (Apache), Databases (MySQL)
