Aavin Milk is the trademark of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited, a Tamil Nadu-based milk producer’s union. Aavin procures milk, processes it and sells milk and milk products to consumers.
The Tamilnadu Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited is an apex body of 17 District Cooperative Milk Producers’ Unions. The Federation has four dairy plants in Chennai, one at Ambattur with a capacity of 4.00 lakh litres per day, another at Madhavaram with a capacity of 3.50 lakh litres per day and the third dairy at Sholinganallur with a capacity of 4.00 lakh litres per day.

Educational Qualification: Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Qualification in Tamil: Every candidate should possess an adequate knowledge in Tamil.
Age limit(As on 01.07.2018): 18 to 30 years
Relaxations:
- No age limit for BC/MBC & DNC/SC/ST candidates.
- Relaxation up to 10 years for differently able candidates.
Junior Executive:
- Must be a Graduate in any discipline.
- Must have passed in Cooperative Training as detailed in Rc. No. 51928/2013/SF2 dated
18.07.2013 of the Registrar of Cooperative societies, Chennai. - Exemption for holders of degree in B.A (Co.op.) or B.Com (Co.op) from passing Cooperative Training
Qualification in Tamil: Every candidate should possess an adequate knowledge in Tamil.

Selection Process:
The selection will be made in two successive stages, viz.
- Written Examination – Objective type questions on English knowledge, Test of Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General knowledge and Subject knowledge concerned.
- Oral Test in the form of an interview will be conducted in respect of candidates who have secured top marks in the written test.
