Job Description:
We are looking for Management Trainees who will work in different departments of the company and gain exposure in the complete business, and be a part of the process of the high growth phase of a company. The Candidate should be flexible, hands on, and should have a very keen sense of learning.
Vacancies are available in the following Departments:
- Supply and Warehouse: Trainee will understand the logistics work of a food distribution company
- Sales Process: Work on management reports related to sales attendance, sales inventories, and reporting
- Human Resources: Work on Hr processes, documentation, and recruitments.
- Procurement: Work with Expand the team of in store sales promoters through head hunting, and referencing. Recruitment is supported by the central HR recruitment team
- Central MIS Reporting: Here, a trainee with prior expertise with MS Excel will be required.
- Others, as per the requirement of the company and the interest of the company
